SHOWME ASTURIAS is the entity responsible for any files produced from the collection of personal data supplied by the users of its services.
At any rate, the data requested will be data which is strictly necessary for the management, provision, extension and improvement of the services supplied to users, the promotion of or information regarding the entity’s activities and the tracking of queries made by users.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act (Organic Law 15/1999) dated 13 December, SHOWME ASTURIAS undertakes to fulfil its obligation of secrecy with regard to personal data and its duty to process the latter with due confidentiality. For this purpose, it shall take the necessary measures to prevent the alteration or loss or any unauthorised processing of or access to data. The security levels put in place by SHOWME ASTURIAS will be appropriate for the data supplied to us, in compliance with the provisions of Section 9, Organic Law 15/1999 and Title VII, Royal Decree 1720/2007, dated 21 December, which approved implementation regulations for the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act (Organic Law 15/1999) dated 13 December. Under no circumstances will the aforementioned data be processed by or supplied to third parties, unless with the unequivocal consent of the affected party, or in the cases stipulated under Sections 6.2 and 11.2 of the aforementioned legislation.
