Planned for those who want to discover the most characteristic elements of Asturias during a comfortable daytrip without long journeys. The excursion begins by getting to know the largest city in Asturias, Gijón, through a guided tour in which our travelers will visit the most notable areas of the Villa de Jovellanos: Cimadevilla, the old fishing port, the Cerro de Santa Catalina, as well as such as the Plaza Mayor, San Lorenzo Beach or the modernist expansion of the city. At the end of the tour, we will travel to the “Cider Capital”, Villaviciosa, a municipality with the most Romanesque monuments in Asturias, some of whose examples we will see, before tasting Asturian cider and PDO cheeses.
Complete your visit with an extension to Villaciosa.
You can round off the excursion with the optional extension of Villaviciosa, where you can discover the ins and outs of a charming village.
